You agree that by accessing this website, you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms. Production Offerings and Information

BNet Solutions may add, remove or alter its product offerings at any time and from time to time without notice. Information regarding products on this site may sometimes be out of date and BNet Solutions makes no commitment to update the product information in any set time period.

Purchase Policy

BNet Solutions offers descriptions and detailed documentation of its software products. Furthermore, a 7-day fully-functional trial period is offered for all software products during which a User has the opportunity to access the compatibility, suitability and workmanship of the offered product. Therefore, it is assumed that the User has reviewed his/her product of choice and is satisfied with its quality before effecting a purchase of said product. With knowledge of the above, no refund/return request should be solicited by the User on such basis. All software is non-refundable.

Dealer/Showroom Licenses

BNet Solutions may, in its sole and absolute discretion, provides a “Dealer Demo” or “Showroom” license for its products. The grant of a license in this manner is to further the product awareness of BNet Solutions offerings and is therefor restricted to environments where potential customers have access to view and interact with the product. BNet Solutions may, at any time, revoked this license or waive the before-mentioned restriction.

Discounted Purchases

BNet Solutions may offer a discount for the bulk purchase of a product or products when purchasing large quantities of an item or for any other reason deemed appropriate by BNet Solutions. Under no circumstance does a discounted purchase price or other arrangement give the User a right or claim in excess of the net purchase price.

Intellectual Property Rights

Other than content you own, which you may have opted to include on this website, under these Terms, BNet Solutions and/or its licensors own all rights to the intellectual property and material contained in this website, and all such rights are reserved. You are granted a limited license only, subject to the restrictions provided in these Terms, for purposes of viewing the material contained on this website.

No Warranty

This website is provided “as is,” with all faults, and BNet Solutions makes no express or implied representations or warranties, of any kind related to this website or the materials contained on this website.
